Still the American Dream, homeownership has many advantages. Besides the equity, stability, and tax benefits, taking pride in homeownership also helps improve our community. We are blessed to live in a country filled with opportunity and wealth. Gratitude makes us mindful of others who are not so fortunate and is our call to give back.

As we go through life, we have people come in and out of our lives. As I have grown older and experienced many changes, I am reminded that we never truly know the pain of another until we have walked in their shoes.
